- Partners integrating with Expedia APIs experienced failed updates related to ARI API, EQC Availability and Rate API, Product API, and PARR.


Action required: Partners are advised to retry any failed requests that occurred during the incident window.

Expedia confirms that the issue is resolved. All affected services were fully restored by 11:50 AM PST. For further assistance, partners are advised to contact Expedia technical support.

Resolved - We are writing to inform you that there was an API issue affecting ARI (Availability, Rates and Inventory) updates for Tiket.com has been successfully resolved.

Incident timeframe:

Impact level:
- Medium
- Partners integrating with Tiket.com via Channel Manager
- Tiket.com experienced an API glitch when processing multiple ARI restriction data within a single request. In certain cases, some restriction data was not stored even though the API returned a “Success” response.

Action required: Partners are required to perform a full ARI data refresh for all properties to restore previously missing data.

All incoming ARI data is now being saved correctly.

Tiket.com has apologized for the inconvenience and remains available for further support.

- Reservation communication through the Booking.com API was disrupted during the outage.
- As an immediate mitigation, Booking.com applied a global hold to prevent reservation timeouts, and this hold will be lifted once the issue is resolved.

Action required: Partners are advised to review any failed reservation requests during the affected timeframe and retry as needed.

All services are now operating normally. Booking.com will continue monitoring the system and take additional actions to mitigate any impact.
