Impact level: - Medium - Partners integrating with Tiket.com via Channel Manager - Tiket.com experienced an API glitch when processing multiple ARI restriction data within a single request. In certain cases, some restriction data was not stored even though the API returned a “Success” response.
Action required: Partners are required to perform a full ARI data refresh for all properties to restore previously missing data.
All incoming ARI data is now being saved correctly.
Tiket.com has apologized for the inconvenience and remains available for further support.
